At Superb IAS, we strive to provide the best learning experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our courses and services.

2. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the date of purchase.
• Refunds are only applicable if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Test series, one-time live events, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.

3. Process

To request a refund, contact our support team via the Help Center with your order ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Promotional offers, discounted bundles, and services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
